We moved out of our home on January 24 and gave the keys to our realtor Savannah Waters from Paramount Real Estate. There is no one else in Salem I could have chosen to take care of our house better than she did. That same day she took full control bringing in a cleaning crew and cleaning from top to bottom. The next day she had a staging crew bring furniture and made the home even more inviting than when we lived there. Then she brought in professional photographers capturing the full effects of the staging work. We thought it looked beautiful seeing all the photos! Then we listed our house January 30 and received a full price offer from another realtor in her Paramount Real Estate Office that very evening! We opened escrow on February 1 and 3 weeks later on February 21 we closed escrow! Savannah makes selling houses look easy but it was obvious to me that no one could get all that work done in so short of a time unless they worked harder and smarter than the average “Joe”. She definitely had some powerful systems to bring about such a quick, successful and focused result. Thank you Savannah for all your hard work.
